Management Information is an essential way of helping us to improve the quality of our services because it helps us to:
- see what is happening and where – ensuring that the demographics of an area are properly reflected in the service;
- keep track of customer numbers;
- identify where our strategy is working well – and not so well; and
- check if we are meeting our targets.
nextstep contractors are currently responsible for delivering:
- 2.5 million information sessions; and
- giving advice to 350,000 adults who have yet to achieve their first Level 2 qualification.
